Responsibilities:
  • Perform all HR & Admin functions for India Office
  • Act as Business Partner to work with all the stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide timely solution. Provide appropriate coaching and support to line departments in managing the performance / behavior of team members;
  • Assist in reviewing and updating company procedure and policy and inform the regional HR team for any changes for action
  • Responsible for regular recruitment, compensation & benefit administration, training including but not limited to monthly payroll review, salary tax reporting, insurance renewal, monthly HR reporting, regular forecasting update, HRIS maintenance
  • Follow the Regional team guidance to complete the process of annual salary review, bonus, budget, forecast, and HR projects & initiatives
  • Ensure local HR policy is complied with labour law
  • Driving diversity strategies within the India Office and formulate HR strategies
  • Oversee all the office administration function to ensure hassle-free and safety environment performance. Drive company values and safety initiatives within the office along with the Country Manager;
  • Ad. hoc projects as assigned by Management
Requirments:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience with 3-5 years managerial experience in Human Resources & Administration field.
  • Hands-on experience in handling of compensation & benefit process and tax issue.
  • Working experience in MNC.
  • Well versed in the labour ordinance and experience in employee relations.
  • Self-Initiative, organized, meticulous with strong numerical sense.
  • Excellent of interpersonal and communication skills, business sense and ability to make correct decision.
  • Well-versed in MS office application.
  • Excellent communications.
