Business Development– PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT DESIGNATION Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop & Execute Strategy for

  • Institutional Sales (Chain of Schools, Colleges/Universities, NGO, Corporates for CSR Funds)
  • Government Projects (Interact with State & Central Government for Psychometric Assessment Tools) Marketing Initiatives:
  • Devise Marketing Campaigns by closely working with social media Agency. Team Onboarding and Management:
  • Work closely with the HR team to recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary. Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Key Skills Required

  • Gathering market information, Creating, and maintaining reports on Market Info Skill Availability, Companies & Industrial Mapping
  • Responsible for handling and building client relationships facilitating Psychometric Assessment business from client development to deployment. Responsible for client acquisitions for respective domain, as well to achieve the target independently or with a team.
  • Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work under pressure and should be adaptable to flexible working situations.
  • Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with clients to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including job specification.
